A blend containing two types of roasted green tea, each cultivated and carefully processed at a long-standing tea farm located in Uji, Kyoto. Plucked at first harvest, the leaves are nestled over an open flame with sand to coax out its calming aroma and introduce that familiar smoky flavour.Earthy in quality, the roasting process takes away any bitterness and much of its caffeine content, making it ideal for a latte at any time of day.
