Terms & Conditions
- All subscriptions will be dispatched on the 1st week of the month, therefore customers can expect to receive their products on the 1st or 2nd week of the month.
- This excludes 1st time orders, which will be dispatched immediately.
- Monthly subscribers are required to commit to a minimum of 3 months, which will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless notified otherwise.
- Monthly subscribers should provide a minimum of 7 working days’ notice for cancellations. Please note that any products that have already been dispatched cannot be refunded, and cancellation can only be initiated in the following month. You can cancel at any time by reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
- To submit any changes to your subscription details, such as your shipping address or contact details, please email us at email@example.com at least 7 working days in advance.
- -All subscribers are only eligible to receive their subscriptions on a monthly basis, this is to ensure the freshness of the product.

When can I expect to receive my subscription orders?
All subscription orders are dispatched during the 1st week of the month. You can expect to receive your products on the 1st or 2nd week of the month. Oh, and don't worry if it's your first time ordering – we'll make sure to send it out right away, separate from the regular monthly dispatch.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
As a monthly subscriber, you are charged monthly once your order is placed/dispatched.
As an annual subscriber, you are charged every 12 months once your order is placed/dispatched.
How long do I need to commit to a subscription?
As a monthly subscriber, we require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After that, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you notify us otherwise.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Jet setting or want to press pause? No worries! You can modify your subscription by selecting a new delivery date, putting your subscription on hold, or cancelling it, provided your monthly order hasn't been processed and you've met the minimum fulfilment requirement. Simply access your account to modify to your needs or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To cancel your subscription, simply reach out to us at email@example.com. Please remember to provide a minimum of 7 working days' notice for cancellations. It's important to note that if your products have already been dispatched, we won't be able to issue a refund. Your cancellation can then only be processed the following month.
How do I update my subscription details?
If you need to update your shipping address or contact details, just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 working days before your subscription is set to dispatch. We'll be more than happy to assist you with the necessary changes.
Can I receive my subscription more frequently than monthly?
We appreciate your enthusiasm, but at the moment, we only offer monthly subscriptions. This allows us to ensure the freshness of our products for you.
